Thank you so much for the peep into your world! I arrived via your "Feral Food" blog (by googling about eating slugs, as you do..) and spent several hours chasing childhood memories through the content of your posts! My father was "unschooled" at Kilquhanity House School in Scotland, a "free school" established by John Aitkenhead on the writings and ideas of A.S Neill, and though I was conventionally educated, the best of what I learned came from my father and the principals he had learned through his "unschooling". It has been a joy to spend some hours with you and your family, and I will be back to visit on days when the "real world" feels constricting!
